Cascada Azul No.1 is a bright, modern 3 bedroom townhouse in the sought after Las Rotes area of Denia, featuring spectacular sea views from all the rooms, and terraces. Ideal for family holidays. Both first floor bedrooms have their own balconies with both sea and Montgo mountain views. The front terrace overlooks the series of cascading pools which give the quiet community its name of Cascada Azul (blue waterfalls).
The popular sandy beach of Marineta Casiana and the marina restaurants are a mile down the hill. Denia centre is just a few minutes drive

GUEST INFO
One of the best places we have ever stayed! We were very comfortable in the house (5 people) and found everything we needed! Wonderful views, breathtaking sunsets and an almost private pool as not many people used it when we stayed there. We felt very safe in the house and in the city of Denia! The house location is excellent to explore the Costa Blanca region, as it can be easily reached from either Valencia or Alicante ( we rented a car and in almost all places we went we found free parking). The hosts were very helpful and checking on us if everything was ok and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olives! What else could we ask for? We strongly recommend it!
